Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under OUG 34/2014.

How to withdraw

Tell us before the 14 days are up - email adaraaporter@gmail.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Condition of items

Please return items unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. You may try items on as you would in a shop; we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond that.

Who pays return shipping

You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a trackable service; the easiest is to drop the parcel into a Sameday easybox.

Your refund

We refund the full price of the returned items plus the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back (or proof you sent them).

Exceptions

The withdrawal right does not apply to items sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed, or made-to-order or personalised items. Standard clothing is fully returnable.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as ordered, contact us - this falls under the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (OUG 140/2021) and we cover all costs of putting it right.
