Terms of service

This website is operated by AZUR ORANGE SRL ("Adara"), a company registered in Romania, CUI RO33282986, Trade Register no. J04/566/2014, registered office Sat Mărgineni, Strada Hotarului nr. 28S, Mărgineni, Bacău County, Romania. By visiting the store or buying from us you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy, Return/Withdrawal and Shipping policies referenced here.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country (18 in Romania). You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.

2. General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone at any time for any lawful reason. Payment-card information is always encrypted in transfer. You may not reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

3. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if content on the site is not accurate, complete or current; it is provided for general information. Product images are illustrative and slight colour or detail variation may occur.

4. Products and prices

Prices are shown in RON on the Romanian version and EUR on the international version. Prices include Romanian VAT at 21%. We may change prices and products at any time; the price applied is the one shown when you order. We may limit quantities.

5. Orders, contract and payment

You receive an email confirming we received your order; the sale contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order (out of stock, obvious price error, suspected fraud) and refund any amount charged. We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments and Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Account information

You agree to give accurate, current purchase and account information and keep it updated. Accounts use a passwordless email-code login; keep access to your email secure.

7. Third-party tools and links

We may provide third-party tools and links we do not control; you use them at your own risk under those parties' terms.

8. User submissions

Any comments or suggestions you send may be used, edited and published by us without restriction, confidentiality or compensation. You are responsible for what you submit.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to break laws, infringe IP rights, harass or discriminate, submit false information, upload malicious code, harvest others' data, or interfere with the Service's security.

10. Intellectual property

All content - the Adara name, logo, images, text and design - belongs to Adara or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Except for the mandatory statutory rights below, the Service and products are provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights under Romanian and EU law.

12. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without reason, under OUG 34/2014. See the Return / Withdrawal Policy.

13. Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)

You benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery under OUG 140/2021; defective or non-conforming items entitle you to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund at no cost.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact us first at adaraaporter@gmail.com. You may also contact Romania's consumer authority ANPC and use alternative dispute resolution (SAL): anpc.ro and anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. (The EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not referenced.)

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold Adara harmless from claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

16. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in force.

17. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. We may update them; the version in force is the one published when you order. Last updated: 18 August 2026.
